30 Day Challenge #2! // 3 and 1/2 Goals

Welcome back!

As part of my 3 & 1/2 Goals for the rest of 2019, I’ve spent the past 30 days¬†doing at least 50 squats per day! Huzzah!

Big thanks to Kristan for being my accountability partner (and for taking the challenge with me!)!!

Fifty squats per day might seem like nothing compared to those who go to the gym every day, but it’s a major step for me. As I move forward with my next two challenges, I’m still going to try to do at least 50 squats every day (I still have a major hiking trip coming up, you know?).

That said, it’s time to move on to my next challenge!


I’ve changed my mind a couple of times on what I wanted to do for this challenge, but I think I’ve decided.

This month, I’m going to focus on writing. It’s especially fitting since this challenge will cross over with the start of National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo).

My challenge will be to write every day. Whether that’s in my journal, for this blog, for a creative piece, etc.

I challenge myself to write for at least 10 minutes each day, for 30 days. I can always write more than that.

This challenge combines two things I’ve been wanting to do: reestablish writing in my journal daily and improve my writing in general. Practice makes perfect.
